          radically from the same-name ones used in other clinics.

             Germ cells selection:

– Motile Sperm Organellar Morphology Examination /MSOME/;

– Determination of sperm fertilizing capacity;

– Multistep oocyte analysis and selection.

             Individual regimen of germ cells and embryos incubation.

             ICSI /MSOME+IMSI/*

– Injection of the selected single sperm directly into the oocyte cytoplasm. The procedure includes motile sperm organellar morphology examination and injecting it into the oocyte.

             Increase of the embryo implantation potential:

– laser hatching;
